Jason Little is a Partner at SHOP Oklahoma City, focusing on the sale of multi-tenant retail investment properties in Oklahoma and throughout the central United States. Jason began his career with Sperry Van Ness, earning National Rookie of the Year honors in 2005, and was a Partners’ Circle Award recipient each year during his tenure with the firm. Jason went on to found Canopy Commercial | Auction, a boutique investment sales firm which was later acquired by the Oklahoma City affiliate office of CBRE to expand its investment real estate acquisition and disposition services capabilities.
Jason is a Past President of the Oklahoma City Commercial Real Estate Council and is multiple-time recipient its “Retail Sale of the Year” award (2012, 2013, 2016, 2020). He regularly appears as a guest speaker and panelist at local industry events and was profiled in the #1 Amazon.com bestseller, “Brokers Who Dominate: 8 Traits of Top Producers”, which has become required reading for new hires at some of the nation’s most respected commercial real estate services firms.
Jason holds B.S. degrees in both International Trade and Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Charles Lewis is a commercial real estate broker at SHOP Companies. Jason and Charles together lead the Oklahoma City-based retail investment advisory group that specializes in brokering the sale of multi-tenant shopping centers across Oklahoma and throughout the central United States.
Charles represents a wide range of private investors and investment firms, with a fierce tenacity for maximizing their investment outcomes in every transaction. An alumnus of the University of Oklahoma, where he served as President of the University’s Real Estate Club, Charles has spent the entirety of his career at SHOP Companies. Charles is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Originally from Austin, Texas, Charles is an avid outdoorsman and bass fisherman who enjoys spending time with his family, maintaining and improving their land, and cheering on OU athletics.

Jason Little & Charles Lewis of SHOP Companies’ Oklahoma City office brokered the $17,000,000 sale of Mayfair, a four-building, 67,782 square foot neighborhood shopping center in Oklahoma City, OK. At the time of sale, the transaction represented the largest retail property sale completed in Oklahoma in 2026 and the second-largest neighborhood shopping center transaction in Oklahoma City’s history.
SHOP Companies exclusively represented the seller and buyer in this transaction. At the outset of the process, SHOP Companies had been engaged to facilitate the sale of Buildings 1 & 4. Jason and Charles subsequently introduced the concept of assembling Buildings 1, 3, 4, and 6 into a single portfolio, creating a larger institutional-quality acquisition opportunity. The strategy ultimately resulted in the successful disposition of the four-building shopping center on behalf of a long-standing client, a marquee acquisition for an Oklahoma-based private investment firm, and one of the most significant neighborhood retail transactions ever to occur in Oklahoma.
Mayfair is widely recognized as Oklahoma City’s first suburban shopping center, originally developed by the Warr Family in 1950. Precor Realty Advisors acquired the property in 2020 and, led by Caleb Hill, executed a full-scale master redevelopment plan, repositioning the project to Class “A” status. Of the four buildings included in the sale, three had been restored to “like-new” condition and one constructed from the ground-up in 2024.
Mayfair was 100% leased at the time of sale to numerous national and regional tenants, including Michaels, Touchstone Imaging, Rockler Woodworking and Hardware, Five Guys, Floyd’s 99 Barbershop, The UPS Store, Comfort Dental, Summer Moon Coffee, and Empire Slice Shop, among others. SHOP Companies generated more than 205 buyer registrations and facilitated a highly competitive bidding process that attracted interest from investors nationwide.

Jason Little & Charles Lewis of SHOP Companies’ Oklahoma City office facilitated the $3,900,000 sale of Harrison Place, a 32,039 square foot multi-tenant retail asset located in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Little & Lewis exclusively represented the seller, a local partnership that developed the center in the 1990s. SHOP Companies procured more than 130 buyer registrations and generated 13 offers from investment groups and private investors nationwide.
This transaction serves as an example of SHOP Companies’ vertically integrated platform and ability to influence transactional outcomes through multiple avenues. Harrison Place was initially brought to market approximately 90% occupied, with the lone vacancy consisting of a 3,240 square foot suite with impacted visibility, a challenging layout, and a dated buildout.
Within one week of being retained, SHOP Companies secured a regional tenant at a rental rate nearly $3.00 PSF above the property’s average in-place rents, resulting in a $48,585 increase in annual NOI and an estimated $552,271 increase in value based upon the marketed cap rate. In addition to the quantitative impact, the successful lease execution provided concrete validation of the mark-to-market value creation thesis outlined within the offering materials and enhanced investor conviction throughout the disposition process.
The property consists of two buildings situated on 3.54 acres at the intersection of North Harrison Avenue and East 39th Street. Harrison Place was 100% occupied at the time of sale, with a tenant roster including Van’s Pig Stand, Fresenius Kidney Care, Merle Norman, Edward Jones, BancFirst Insurance, and Centric Home Health.
